What is the capacity of the rooftop rental space?
Depending on the event and setup of your event, we can accommodate 150-250 guests
What is the rental fee for the rooftop space and what does it include?
We can coordinate needs with both a Wedding type event as well as any other celebration, event, performance etc.
Are there any restrictions on the type of event that can be held on the rooftop?
No, there are no restrictions for the event type as long as it follows city permits and restrictions
Is there an option for catering or can we bring in our own food and drinks?
We are partnered with a couple veneers in the immediate area but we can always arrange for catering to be brought in.
Is parking available for guests, and is it included in the rental fee?
There is free public parking available in the area, paid parking garage space available on property and as well as the option for our Valet service.
Is there a designated smoking area on the rooftop?
There is no designated smoking area on the rooftop but there is available space on the ground level.
What is the policy on decorations, and can we bring our own decorations?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own decorations, but we are partnering with a rental furniture company that is familiar with the area and able to accommodate.
Is there an onsite event coordinator available to help with planning and setup?
Yes! We are partnered with Unity and Vine for wedding coordination and they are also able to help manage other events as well.
Is the rooftop rental space ADA accessible?
Yes, we have elevators that have the ability to transport guest onto the rooftop space.
